Foil winding machines for distribution transformers low-voltage coils
Foil winding machine mod. BFL has been designed to build low voltage windings in plate, both in aluminium an in copper.
There are two versions, single BFL an double BF2L. The difference is given by the fact that the double one is used to wind two plates simultaneously, both side by side or superposed; in the case of the double BF2L the second plate performs a totally separated path compared to the first plate, passing throught the brazong system, cleaning system, centering system and towing system, all this alone, to be united then to the other plate only in the imprint.This system allows a much precise centering and a greater constancy in the plate pull.
Furthermore the winding machine, on both versions, in equipped with an automatic welding system that by a sliding carriage can be positioned in front of the winder only during the welding phase.
Allautomations are controlled by an inverter; a dedicated PLC allows to manage all working phase.
